Our mission is simple, we exist to help athletes reach their true potential on the court. The NVA community strives to create opportunities for young athletes to grow as people first and players second through a variety of advanced coaching styles that focus on each player’s individual success. Our directors have a vision and our coaches have a passion. Together, we will build an atmosphere that promotes learning, teamwork, leadership, power, and success. Join us.

Fundamentals
There is genius in simplicity. Our program is built on a foundation of excellence that reinforces the basics of the game of volleyball.
We are devoted to continuous growth, improvement, and understanding of the game. We are a culture where transformation is embraced, and the status quo and mediocrity are not tolerated.
Discipline
We believe in the little things. NVA is an academy of excellence, and we make sure to take care of the little things we do every day. Our coaches teach organization, balance, integrity, and teamwork.
No team can stand on its own, it takes a team working together to achieve great things. We help cultivate a supportive and “together” atmosphere with each team no matter the age.
Power
We focus on the individual first, and the athlete second. Our program looks to grow each player starting with who they are as people first and how they perform as athletes second.
NVA strives to strengthen the confidence of each player that walks into the gym by helping them believe and invest in their own power.
Determination
Winning feels good, we know that. Winning, after knowing the work you put in to the preparation and process, feels even better.
Our NVA community focuses on the process rather than the destination. We want our players to get to where they want to be by pushing themselves to break through both mental and physical barriers.

Our Coaches
Our NVA coaches use advanced coaching styles that focus on each player as a person first and an athlete second. As soon as a player steps on the court, they enter an atmosphere that is created to expose each player’s personal power. This is done by building a learning environment that is constantly looking for new ways to succeed. Our practice plans are not robotic or stale, they are built to create a competitive culture and understanding of the process leading to success.
